KEHPHPU & APHOK Hold Inaugural Consultative Meeting for World Health Expo 2025

Today our dear union KEHPHPU and our association APHOK held our first Consultative World health Expo meeting at Radisson Blu hotel in Nrbi with MoH division of Primary health care led by Dr. Lenai and the various partners led by Mr. Tom Coleman( Expo convenor)
In the meeting Key issues were deliberated and agreed upon

✓ That the World health Expo will happen later this year ( In October 2025) and it will bring together stakeholders in health care in kenya and across the globe

✓That our Union & Our Association among other key players to develop and come up with key topical issues to be discussed at the world health Expo. Among the proposed areas of discussion included Climate change, Communicable and non communicable dxs, Waste management , International health among other key areas.

✓The parties present also agreed that the world health expo will be free for all our members inorder for them show case there expertise engage and interact with there counterparts internationally and locally.

✓Mr. Tom Coleman ( The Director and convenor of the Expo) assured members present that international scholars and speakers will be available for engagement for various topical issues.

✓We take this great opportunity to call upon all public health officers, specialists and Technicians in Kenya and overseas to take advantage of this expo and register in large numbers. We need our presence felt and it can not be felt when we are absent.

Our next meeting will happen on Wednesday 19/3/25 at Vila Rosa Kempinski Nairobi for further engagements.

As Association we remain solely committed to the growth and course of our profession.
